Scargill is our smallest private dining room, perfect for groups of up to 10. If you are after a more intimate and unique private dining experience or you and a group of friends are looking to have a good catch up, then this room is great. Previously used for events such as baby showers and family birthdays. The Lawerence Suite is the biggest of our rooms for private dining in Nottingham and can seat up to 340 guests. On 2 December the Government introduced a regionally differentiated approach to managing COVID-19, where different tiers of restrictions apply in different parts of the country.
As our venue is currently in a level 3 area, we can only open for essential workers, business travellers, education and training.
Small meetings for up to 30 people, although advised against by the Government, can take place with up to 30 people if reasonably necessary.
We are currently unable to hold wedding ceremonies and receptions and we are working with any of our couples that are affected.
For all guests, we will continue to operate our COVID secure measures, in line with Government guidance including social distancing. We are also serving a delicious menu for all guests saying with us.

Whilst we are in a level 3-tiered area, we are unable to offer face to face show rounds. However, we can offer you a tour by video call, please get in touch to arrange this.

I just wanted to let you know Eastwood Hall staff could not have been more helpful and reassuring in the way they helped us meet during these difficult times. Their commitment to social distancing and sanitation helped all our delegates feel very comfortable in their surroundings. Staff worked very hard to ensure the refreshment stations, restaurant and communal areas were all well signed and equipped with plenty of sanitiser. We shall most certainly be returning to what has proven to be a perfect business venue if not the best we have used in recent times. Many thanks to you and your contacts for what turned out to be four perfectly executed conferences.

This a really great venue. The staff are great and very helpful. Very well kept and clean. Excellent place to stay. And close to the Derbyshire dales. The accommodation is very good and comfortable.
From the time that we had our first meeting with the Eastwood Hotel to saying goodbye we were impressed with the care and attention we received throughout the three days. The Managers and staff dealing with our requirements throughout were a credit to the Hotel.
Alex and Callam who are working in the Leisure Club have been so helpful to myself and my son. They helped us sort a difficult membership problem and were very caring and sympathetic and dealt with it in a very professional manor.
