A Carbon-Conscious Christmas
To make your Christmas celebrations more sustainable, at our Christmas events, we will be using ethically sourced ingredients and serving Red Tractor Assured turkey. We are measuring the carbon footprint of our Christmas menus to help minimise the impact on our planet.
To minimise waste, we’re doing away with traditional crackers and going digital with our e-cracker party prize draw.

Yes that’s absolutely fine, we just require a copy of PAT & PLI for anything electrical.
We have 152 double and twin guest rooms for you and your guests to choose from that feature an abundance of natural daylight, tea and coffee-making facilities, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

To keep things simple, we ask that payments are made via the main organiser of the booking.

Shared Christmas Parties: A non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required when booking and the full balance is payable six weeks prior to your party date by BACS or alternatively, we can accept debit or credit cards.
Private Christmas Parties: All private bookings, are subject to standard ‘The Venues Collection’ terms and conditions. Please ask our team for more information.
New Year’s Eve Parties: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when booking and the full balance is payable six weeks prior to your party date by BACS or alternatively, we can accept debit or credit cards.

We are a cashless venue and can only accept debit & credit card payments.
That’s not a problem, please inform us when you make your booking and menu choices. We have full allergen information, should you wish to see this.
A non-refundable deposit of £15pp is required at the time of booking and then the full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the event date. For NYE party bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and then full payment will be required 6 weeks prior to the event.
We can accept payment by debit or credit cards.
The minimum booking, we can accept is for two people, however small groups may be placed on a joiner table with other smaller groups.
